My sincere apologizes!!! Mother`s Day is extremely busy, sometimes unless it is brought to our attention we don`t know we missed an order. We do make sure to go above and beyond to fix a mistake when we make one! Unfortunately I got busy and forgot to call and tell you, we made sure Mrs. Turgeon got annuals that she can enjoy all summer to replace the flower arrangement we missed!!!

I ordered a small bouquet for my mothers birthday. It was delivered 6 days early so I called and expressed my frustration. The nice women explained she put in the wrong date and offered to send another one on her birthday to make up for it. My mother was very surprised and happy with it. Great customer service!
